We provide management consulting services as described on this website. All engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or confirmation email. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract until confirmed in writing by Nick Warn Consulting.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment via our secure payment processor (Stripe).
Prices shown on the website are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, the Dragonfly Model, and associated frameworks — is the intellectual property of Nick Warn Consulting and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nick Warn Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
